Windows 11 Bluetooth audio quality suffers greatly when using microphone

Whenever I'm in a Zoom meeting the audio quality from other sources like YouTube or Spotify becomes so bad they're incomprehensible. I haveMade sure that my microphone input is only coming from my laptop microphone because I know that using the Bluetooth internal microphone makes audio quality suffer. I've done this in Zoom and in the audio settings in Windows.Disabled "hands free telephony" for my Bluetooth headphonesI used this exact same setup last year (Same headphones, same setting configurations), except now I have a new laptop, and it doesn't seem to want to work. Also in the Zoom call
