Windows 11 Bluetooth button in action center (Windows 11) doesn't turn on bluetooth

I am using Windows 11 (64 bit) for the first time...I have the Bluetooth button in my action center. It is lit up blue at all times - no matter if the Bluetooth is on or off (when I hover over it it turns a bit darker blue but that's about it). I can turn it off by clicking on it (if Bluetooth is on), but once I have done that the button does not work any more - I cannot turn my Bluetooth on by pressing it again.I have to go to settings --> Bluetooth and devices and turn it on from there. This is truly a bother.Even when I put an icon next to the clock, battery, keyboard etc. on the bottom
