Windows 11 Bluetooth Com Port uninstalled now Wifi does not work

I have been having this issue for a few days now. If I go into wifi settings it does say that I am connected to wifi just not the internet. I have tried going into the Router Settings (192.168.0.1) however that doesn't work (ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE). Any other website gives me ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED. Also under the wifi properties it says that the DNS Servers are (194.168.4.100 and 194.168.8.100). This all happened because I uninstalled and disabled Standard Serial over Bluetooth Link (COM6). The wifi adapter is enabled. I am writing this from my laptop
