Windows 11 bluetooth devices not found

When I tried to connect my bluetooth devices ( bluetooth earpods etc.) on bluetooth panel, it cannot find any devices. I have already tried updating or disabling and enabling bluetooth driver. Even I uninstalled and installed again, it didnt work. How can i fix this? (btw until today, it was connecting my earpods. I tried factory reset it but it didnt work as well. it connects to my mobile phone. the problem is about my PC)
