I updated my Bluetooth driver after the bluetooth device was unable to start - in Device Manager it was showing the yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it. (my device is a intel Dual band wirelessAC 3165, and I updated the driver from version 20.20.0.5 12/5/2017 to version 20.50.1.2 4/17/2018).
After installing the new driver and resarting the system the Bluetooth device was still not working. I opened Device Manager and the Bluetooth device showed the yellow triangle again.
The Event Log looks like this:

I've unistalled and reinstalled the driver twice. According to Intel this is the latest driver for this device. I'm out of options at this point.
