Windows 10 Bluetooth Driver

I can't see the toggle on/off for Bluetooth, so I ran the troubleshooter. It said that my device isn't Bluetooth capable, but I've used bluetooth on it earlier. The bluetooth driver is the latest 22.30.0.4, however it has an error code 45. My Windows 10 version is 20H2.

I've tried pretty much everything a lay person could: reinstalled the latest driver, reinstalled an older one, made the Bluetooth support service automatic. It's just so annoying.

Please help.
