Bluetooth disappeared from device manager because it will not start.
It reappears with "show all devices" option

I check the BIOS and Bluetooth is ENABLED
my system says this file was updated on 27/09/2020
In checking the driver UPDATES windows reports the correct drivers are installed.
Where to from here?
