Windows 11 Bluetooth Headphones not Playing Audio

I'm trying to use my Bluetooth Headphones to play game audio while I record gameplay in OBS. My problem is: my Bluetooth Headphones say its connected but there is no sound coming out. When I go to Settings > Bluetooth > says that the Bluetooth is toggled ON, but just below that it says Bluetooth is turned off. The only way I can get any audio to play through my headphones is if I set my headphones as the default. Even then, OBS does not pick up the audio though it's the default there.I'm not sure if my issue is due to the wrong device(s) being the default for audio, or if my Bluetooth se
