Bluetooth Headphones/buds with built in Volume Controls use a feature called "Absolute Volume" to change the Master Volume on the PC over bluetooth instead of changing the the volume at the headset itself, this feature is poorly implemented in Windows and does NOT support any audio balance adjustments... the balance controls are locked to the master volume..(Absolute volume should support balance setting, as it does in other environments like Android or Apple.)Additionally There is no setting to enable or disable "Absolute Volume" in Windows 10 or 11.the ONLY way to fix this issue is by hackin
