Windows 11 bluetooth missing in device manager and got an error in device manager called unknown usb device(device descriptor request failed)

so this issue started when i installed the rewasd an applitcation to emulate gamepad or controllers after few seconds i got an error in device manager that said the device has stopped working but i forgot to jot down the error code and it seems i cant recreate that error code. i have tried reinstalling the bluetooth drivers and it still does not show up after countless restarts . help me i have been trying to fix this for hours
