Windows 10 Bluetooth on Windows 10 NOT finding devices?

I am running Windows 10 pro 64 bit (20H2 OS Build 19042.1052) on i7 CPU 16Gb RAM. I have installed a DG45 bluetooth dongle from Avantree. They do provide a download driver. But Windows plug and play loads a driver. When I go to Device Manager I normally see 4 items under Bluetooth: These being Bluetooth Device (RFComm Protocol TPI); MS Bluetooth Enumerator; MS Bluetooth LE Enumerator; Realtek Bluetooth Bluetooth 5 Adaptor.
