Windows 11 Bluetooth unable to find devices. Bluetooth not started in device manager

Hello,Summary of problem:Recently built new pc. Everything is working besides the bluetooth. My motherboard is a Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX rev 1.2. The wi-fi works, just not the bluetooth. Uninstalling the driver and reinstalling does not seem to work. In the events tab of properties, it says "device not started (BTHUSB)". What I've tried:- uninstalling bluetooth driver from device manager and reinstalling realtek 8852 bluetooth driver from B650 AORUS ELITE AX (rev. 1.2) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global- also tried reinstalling an older version of realtek 8852- Tried intel bluetooth
