Windows 10 boot menu was not working on toshiba laptop

I have Toshiba laptop and unable to open boot menu. Laptop stuck at recovery environment. I have tried startup settings, startup repair, system restore point not available, reset was failed (both by keeping all files and removing all files)there was no option to open UEFI settings in recovery environment, there is no option to use a device in recovery environment.I have tried F1 to F12 keys (Esc and Del keys too) to open the Boot menu. However, it is not opening the boot menu.Please help. I have bootable windows 10 USB drive. Help its urgent.Note: I do not know the model number of toshiba lap
