Hi,
It's been a while since I've tried to make this work as it should be on another past OS.
I have a pair of Bose Quietcomfort 35 connected to my system with an ASUS PCE-AC55BT B1 Adapter PCIe/mPCIe, Wireless-AC1200, which I've been trying to use for some Discord calls while I play with some friends.
The problem here, is when I start any call, or try to send an audio on whatsapp or even try to configure it on the <recording> section, it mutes all the sounds.
Tried many things already, like disabling hands-free telephony, but when I do so, I lose the chance to still use my headset to make a call (which i'd like to, since it has a built-in microphone to do so).
The other part, is I can actually make a call using hands-free telephony enabled without windows muting all my sounds, while I use the "Bose QuietComfort 35 Hands-Free AG Audio" setting on the <playback> section, but the sound quality is absurdly bad.
To make clear, when I use Hands-Free AG, I get no sounds muted and can record an make calls, but the sound quality is awful. When I use the "Stereo" setting, the sound quality sounds as it should, but again, when I try to make a call, all the sounds get muted. And if I disable Hands-free telephony, the headset's microphone no longer shows on the <recording>
I wonder if there's a way to fix this. I've seen lots of threads in all places and most of them say it's either a windows 10 problem (since it could be done without problem on w7 and 8) or a BT technology limitation.
Please help me to get this fixed, since i wouldn't like to get an external microphone, because the headset one is truly amazing.
