Windows 11 Bose QC 45 not connecting to Windows 11. Worked in Windows 10. Only shows up as LE-Bose QC45 and says "Try connecting to your device again"

I'm trying to connect my Bose QuietComfort 45 but when I try to add new bluetooth device I get the error "Try connecting your device again." It also only shows up the LE Bose QC45 which is the lower quality connection for headsets rather than studio audio. There was one time it connected but showed as "other devices" and was a generic icon not a pair of headphones, I have not been able to make it connect again since. The headphones work fine with my phone, and worked fine with my PC before upgrading to windows 11. So far I have tried: 1) Updating and reinstalling bluetooth drives 2)&nb
