I've been using this laptop (ASUS Vivobook) for months. I've been playing games on Steam and also doing my homework when all of a sudden both my alt keys are not working. I tried using "Alt-tab" and "Ctrl-Alt-Del" shortcuts but none of them work. I restarted my laptop to see if it would fix it, but both keys still don't work. I opened the OSK, it wouldn't work when I tap the Alt key, however it does work when I use my cursor and click it on screen. I've also tried many different troubleshooting methods such as modifying the Registry Value and deleting and re-installing the keyboard drive. Please help, Thanks
