Windows 11 Both Shift keys not working due to Sticky Keys

Both Shift keys aren t working, however i think this is related to sticky keys, toggle keys and other stuff. A few months ago i used them normally and the sticky keys message popped up. I haven t picked any options and they just stopped working. Could they be locked due to strokes or do I need to change my keyboard. I am on a Windows 11 Laptop
