Windows 11 Both the shift keys not working sometimes

Product: HP Laptop Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11I've had this laptop for just under 3 years and both shift keys have been malfunctioning for a while now, entire keyboard works normally but those 2 sometimes just stop working for hours. I've tried checking, updating and reinstalling drivers, restarting system multiple times, checking for system problems with windows diagnostics tools, checking if caps locks/sticky keys are enabled in any way and using HP diagnostics tool as well.
