Windows 11 Bought a new Ace Magic mini pc that came with windows 11 pro preinstalled but now can't activate it

Bought a new Ace Magic mini pc that came with windows 11 pro preinstalled but now can't activate it. This device was purchased from a local "reviewer" that was sent the device for free to review and post comments. I've tried reaching out to the seller and requested more information about the original state of the device, but they are unable to assist. I've tried contacting the device manufacturer, but not luck either. When I ran the slmgr -dli it shows "Notification" as the License Status.Am I SOL on this and will be forced to purchase another copy of the Windows 11 Pro OS?Thanks
