Windows 11 Brand New HP OMEN 40L with Windows 11 Won't Load Windows at all !

Hi All, I just bought a new HP OMEN L40 Desk Top with windows 11, as I was setting it up installing some of my own software and uninstalling some preinstalled like Macfe anti virus , it said to restart and when it did it would not load windows, I did every type of repair I can think of , it wont auto repair, it wont do a total reset , I can't do restore , I cant' remember the Microsoft number I called when I had this same problem on my othe HP OMEM 30L , Is there a contact I can call or Chat for technical windows 11 help?
