Windows 11 Brightness changed automatically in browsers

I was browsing on Chrome, and as I scroll up and down on the webpage, the brightness is changed automatically. Microsoft Edge is having the same issue. I went to my display setting, there is only the slider on my brightness, there is no option to turn on or off the "adaptive brightness".I tried to update the display driver or Windows update, but my laptop is up to date.This is a laptop with Windows 11. I don't have a second monitor.It's very annoying since I use the browser to access my class online.
