Windows 11 Brightness locked on max, looking for solutions

Hello, As mentioned, my brightness seems to be locked on the highest setting making it quite uncomfortable to use the laptop for extended periods of time. I have tried a bunch of solutions that I found were being suggested on other forums, but none made the situation change. Since I have seen that many other people seem to have had this problem after the Windows 11 change I was wondering if Windows have come up with a solution that I have somehow missed. If not, I hope you can help me out and propose some ways to fix this issue. Thank you in advance.
