Hello everyone I hope you all are okay but I am definitely not 
Let me tell you what happened. I purchased an HP Victus Gaming Laptop 10 days ago and it has Windows 11 in it and everything in it is working wonderfully and it was going good until I tried changing the brightness of the screen using the shortcut on the bottom right and turns out no matter where I place the bar the brightness is locked at max. I tried every troubleshooting guide possible on youtube and here in the community. Is there ANYTHING that's left that I can try to fix this ? Since yesterday this has been a huge headache f
