Windows 10 Brightness stuck at 100% with no options in settings or notifications center windows 10

I have an issue where my computer won't let me lower my brightness from 100%, therefore, hurting my eyes and computer battery. I tried to roll back and uninstall drivers and display adapters, search settings and notifications center for buttons, use my keyboard and use alternate apps, but nothing seems to work! Does anyone have a solution? Also, I used to be able to see the button in the notifications center, but it was grayed out and said 0% when it should say 100%. Now it disappeared.
