Windows 11 Browser deletes the downloaded file when download is complete if the file is open somewhere.

If I start a video/movie download and play the incomplete downloaded video side by side (`*.mkv.crdownload`), the movie works fine. But as soon as the download is complete the file gets deleted automatically and it restarts the download. I am assuming on completion of the download, the browser (edge/chrome/etc..) tries to rename the file from `*.mkv.crdownload` to `*.mkv`, and since the former file is already opened in the media player, it fails to do so. So it assumes something went wrong with the download -> deletes the whole file permanently (which sometimes could be very large ;_;) and
