Windows 10 Browsers are not able to load Streaming Services, YouTube, and some websites.

I have tried literally everything including being on Microsoft support for hours trying to figure out what is wrong with my computer.(Quick backstory)I have owned PC's for years and fixed them whenever something went wrong. Now, I have come across a problem that is eluding me to no end.Here is the issue:I am unable to load streaming services like Netflix, HBOmax, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount Plus, Peacock, etc. I am also unable to load YouTube videos unless they are in 144p quality which is barely visible and even then I am experiencing and overwhelming amount of buffering.
