Windows 10 Browsers freezing on certain sites after windows 10 update.

After the latest updates, KB5044091, KB5044273, KB5001716, KB5046400 whenever I visit certain websites, Facebook, instagram, Amazon, and a few others the sites will not load or will load partially and stop. Sometimes I can't even get past the login screen. I have tried everything I can find. I thought maybe it was a particular browser, but I tried chrome, foxfire, and edge and they all do the same thing. On my phone everything loads perfectly. So I tried the usual clearing browser data, restarting computer, etc. I even went to a restore point before the updates and it still didn't work.
