Windows 10 Browsers Problem (Windows 10)

i have problem with my laptop, can't open ANY BROWSERS even Steam and any engine that contains browser in it, and i use the portable version of chrome but it's always force closing & when i open some websites sometimes it's error (out of memory) i thought it's a RAM issues but i tried many" RAM and doesn't change anything, almost surrender bout this:'(. I've tried to reset the windows and reinstall the windows but still the same problem and when i tried to upgrade to windows 11 its always BSOD "Critical Process Died" (Nitro 5 An-515-55)
