Windows 11 BSOD after i try to rollback my windows 11 to the previous version not the newest version, and now I'm stuck in an endless boot loop

I was trying to downgrade Windows 11 to a previous version, then when I tried to rollback what happened when I was downgrading the Windows version was a blue screen and then restarting the laptop and it happened continuously so I couldn't use the laptop. I've tried various methods such as pressing the power button to turn the laptop off and on again to be able to access WinRE, but WinRE doesn't appear at all, I also pressed the F12 button to access boot settings but all I see there is only Windows Boot written on it and that's it. there are no other settings. And also in the bluescreen err
