Windows 11 BSOD after reboot with a Brand New Windows 11 Installation

I downloaded the Windows 11 iso, and installed it on my computer off a thumb drive. When the installation was complete the computer rebooted and then gave me this message: RecoveryYour PC/Device needs to be repairedThe operating system couldn't be loaded because the system registry file is missing or contains errors.File: \Windows\system32\config \systemError code: Oxc0000225You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.So I tried booting the install on the thumb drive and running
