Windows 7 BSOD after waking from sleep on Windows 7 x64

This is a problem that's come up within the last week. I get a BSOD when I wake my custom PC from automatic sleep and manual sleep. I've tried reinstalling my Nvidia drivers twice with no change. I also ran a program to update a bunch of old drivers. I'd update my BIOS but I don't there are any updates for my model.

MOBO - ASUS P8Z68 Deluxe/Gen3
CPU - Intel Core i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit (CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9)
GPU - Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 Strix Direct CU II Graphics Card (4 GB, GDDR5, PCI Express 3.0, HDMI, DVI-I, 3 x Display Port)
POWER - Corsair Gold AX1200
STORAGE - WDC WD1002FAEX-007BA0 (Windows drive), Corsair Force 3 SSD, Seagate ST2000DM006 HDD
