Windows 11 BSOD and constant crashes, restarts and freezing. 4th time tying to post this.

Im going to keep this short and just copy paste from my last few tries. The PC is freezing every hour or so if not worse. I reseated the CPU last night and no change. New thermal paste also. This has been going on for months. Bios is most recent and there are no changes to the bios from default. Windows is up to date, so are all drivers. Reliability Report from yesterday says that windows stopped working during a bug check. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff8014b31d340, 0x0000000000000000).
