Windows 11 BSoD & boot order changes by itself in BIOS

Two issues happening at random times:BSoD"An operating system wasn't found" during startup. When I look into the BIOS, sometimes the boot priority changed by itself to the drive with no OS (Samsung SSD 850 Pro 512GB) , sometimes the hard drive with OS completely disappears (Samsung 970 EVO 1TB M.2 NVMe)Troubleshooting tried so far:No dump file created after BSoDchkdskMemTest86Latest BIOS flashedLatest drivers (GPU, WiFi etc.)Samsung Magician SSD management utilityBIOS battery voltage is 3.2vScrews/cables not looseFormatted hard drive before reinstalling OSNo overclockingConfig:Both Win 10 and
