Windows 10 Bsod can’t fix it

I restarted my pc and everytime i try to turn it on my will act like it’s booting up like normal and then it stops and goes to the BSOD and it repeats that. it happens on my 2nd monitor and not my main monitor. please help the code is: IO1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED.
