Windows 10 BSOD caused by driver ntoskrnl.exe and address ntoskrnl.exe+3f88c0

Yesterday I replaced my old E3 1230 cpu with ryzen 5700x. And then BSOD occurred after a hour or so . Anyone knows what cause this ?
