Windows 10 BSOD DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

Hello,I recently started experiencing a BSOD with the name DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. It happens a lot when I'm watching videos on YouTube, the sound keeps on playing but the video starts to stutter. After a few seconds of stuttering the screen just freezes and I get the blue screen.I've already reinstalled my drivers and updated windows. I've downloaded no new software, the only recent change that I can think of is a new monitor. But the BSOD didn't come immediately after changing monitor and continues to happen after reverting back to my old one.With the following link you should be able to see
