Windows 10 BSOD: Driver Power State Failure and DPC Watchdog Violation

Recently, Whenever I open Adobe apps such as Photoshop and Illustrator, my laptop bluescreens. This only happens when I'm using Adobe apps. I've done tutorials and what not but nothing seems to fix it.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffb58fe820c060, 0xffff9c057bcaf7b0, 0xffffb58fef1ab8b0). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: b03e9e70-6d40-4c30-adc4-7a83ea641ce0.
