Hello,I've been having this weird issue with my PC that I'll describe as the following cycle :=> I boot up my PC=> It's slow and laggy (eg. games run at half the usual fps, youtube videos make random buzzing noises) => Whether I try to shut it down or restart it, it takes forever to do so and ends up getting a BSOD "Driver Power State Failure"=> PC restarts => It now runs fine (games run properly, etc.)=> It shut downs fast and properly when I try to=>Rinse and repeat this cycle (boot up PC => it's slow and laggy etc..)It's quite annoying having to go through the whole
