I've been hacking away at this computer trying to fix it for almost 2 weeks non-stop now.
I've reinstalled Windows, completely wiped the system several times, and have continued to have problems. I've tried to read up on BSOD causes and have tried various fixes myself.

Anything would help at this point. I am completely at a loss and am seeking further help.
Update: As I was posting this, I experienced another BSOD, where the minidump is not in the zipped file link. (atapi.sys, hal.dll, ntoskrnl.exe, and partmgr.sys)
I've run memtest, no memory errors. I've ran sfc and chkdsk - still no errors. I've also gone to device manager and manually updated each driver.
