Windows 11 BSOD following update, and can't uninstall updates?

my laptop did an update last week and restarted to bsod with 'kernel error'. I can boot into safe mode but have no WiFi showing. I can't uninstall the update as its not avalible. I'm unsure what the best way to proceed is? should I just do a factory re-install?
