Windows 11 BSOD keep occuring on Computer. No Command Prompt Worked, Replaced SSD and windows wont download because of BSOD

So my sister's laptop kept getting the BSOD. At first I tried to factory reset the pc, wipe everything off and install windows. When I tried to do that, it prompt me with a message telling me I cant do that, or something went wrong while i tried to reset it. I've tried pllugging in my windows 11 installation media, and tried doing the command prompts that match the stop code. I do not remember those stop codes, but now this brings me to my problem. after trying those options I tried to reset my pc through the windows instillation media, but after the check mark completed from installing files
