Windows 11 BSOD keeps happening whenever computer is restarted/woken up.

I posted a question related to this issue here: Computer Keeps Restarting CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, Windows 11 - Microsoft Community but I never got a solution from the community so I'm asking again except now with new information.
