hi i just bought a new laptop few weeks in and ive gotten 4 BSOD in the past week all with the same error. the SSD was swapped for a bigger one and and the ram was upgraded to 16GB via the shop that i bought it from. ive looked into it as much as i could manage to undrestand what to do and this is what i managed to get out of winDBG :************* Symbol Loading Error Summary **************Module name Errorntoskrnl The system cannot find the file specifiedany advice on what might be the issue ?
