Windows 11 BSOD: WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR & Clock Watchdog Timeout

Hello, I have been experiencing both WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR & Clock Watchdog Timeout BSODs. Below is the dump file analysis.Just some observations-- this error typically only happens when I'm gaming or when I'm stress testing the CPU using both intel processor diag tool or the Prime95, in the later, the PC will freeze when the CPUload test starts. Everything was reset in the bios to default, which also means the ram speed was reset to 4800 instead of the labeled 5600 speed. I suspect it could be the CPU overheating or the PSU being overdrawn by GPU and CPU so maybe an upgrade is in order
