Windows 10 BSOD when connected to TPlink WN727N Wi-Fi Adapter

I bought a mini PC to use as a vpn server and WOL connection. It is a Centrum C92 with a Celeron processor. BSOD happens when im connecting to my home Wi-Fi. It has no problem when connecting to my mobile hotspot. I assume it was the windows 10 version where BSOD happen when connected to WPA-3 Wi-Fi link, I updated to 22H2 and the problem still occurs. I have tried looking at the minidump files, and found that the problem is due to rtwlanu.sys but I don't know how to move forward from here. You can find the uploaded dump files here. minidump
