Windows 11 BSOD when starting up Baldur's Gate 3

I am hoping someone can help me - I am having an issue with BSOD when starting up the game baldurs gate 3. This happens within moments of starting up the game, often right after the loading screen finishes. I have performed a memory test which was passed, and I do not get crashes when I am doing GPU benchmarks either. I did do a test of my SSD using seatools, which caused a BSOD, however I reseated the NVME, and now it has passed all of the Seatools tests.
