Hello,
I recently created a local user acct. on my ASUS ZenBook (windows 10, 64bit, 32gb ram, intel core i9 ) and since then I keep getting a BSOD and forced restart when switching from local user to Microsoft acct (4times as of posting this).

this seems to specifically happen when I switch from the Local Acct. to my main, Microsoft linked, Acct. without signing out of the Local acct. first and visa-versa.

when the BSOD happens, it gives the same error codes everytime:

"stop code: driver_irql_not-less_or_equal"
and

"what failed: hidclass.sys"

I'm pretty sure it's a driver issue but am lost beyond that. any ideas what is causing this?

thank you in advance.
