Windows 7 BSOD when turning on computer, Event ID 41 bugcheckcode 59

Sometimes when I turn on my computer, it starts loading, then immediately goes to a BSOD without any input from me. I can only remember it happening after I shut the computer down and woke it up (I'm not sure if it's ever happened after a restart or going into sleep mode.) It doesn't happen enough for me to test it in Safe Mode - it only happens 1-5 times a month, if I use the computer regularly. Here's the event viewer log:
