Windows 10 BugCheck error "a0", Internal Power Error; 608 and other errors

I have been getting intermittent BSODs in Win 10. Intermittent because it only seems to happen when Windows fails fast startup which may be due to another error of not shutting down properly from the previous shutdown. When the BSOD occurs, I get a BugCheck error "a0", Internal Power Error; 608 - A driver has attempted to transition a component to idle without a preceeding active request.Once the system is powered on, the POST screen displays, then flashes to black and then displays again (which I believe it's doing another POST) then flashes to black and then after a second or so the BSOD sho
