Windows 11 Built a new PC and now Plagued by random BSOD Windows 11

I built a new PC last week and I transferred my Hard Drive over to the new PC and it booted right up and worked fine but then started getting plagued with BSODs. I formatted and started with a clean version of Windows 11 and still get random BSODs. That tells me its something hardware but I can't narrow it down. I've updated all the drivers and the Motherboards Firmware to the latest. Everything seem fine. I have ran 20 min stress tests on the GPU, CPU, and memory. All passed. Any help would be great.******************************************************************************* *
